How do you send a message that people may not want to hear? The Consumers Health Forum was given a challenge: to inform and support consumers unravel the changes taking place to prescription drugs. Working alongside clinical experts and researchers, we told the story to bring people on board. The outcome was an approachable and friendly campaign with postcards ending up in handbags, on fridges and in doctor’s waiting rooms.
